Create and send secure contracts.
PlexiSign delivers a secure, professional, and affordable contract experience — fully encrypted and built with privacy at its core. Send, sign, and manage agreements with confidence, knowing your data and identity remain protected at every step.
We built PlexiSign with the same level of email and document privacy we demand for ourselves
PlexiSign protects your identity by assigning you a private, anonymous PlexiIdentity, secured through zero-knowledge encryption on the ICP blockchain. This hides personal metadata and prevents tracking, ensuring your communications remain confidential.
Each user receives a unique, privacy-preserving wallet, which acts as your encrypted identity key for the platform. It prevents unauthorized tracking or impersonation and makes any attempt to access or tamper with your identity detectable.
NOTE: your PlexiWallet is not for cryptocurrency transactions. This customized wallet is designed specifically for the PlexiSign application. Its purpose is exclusively to limit traceability across the blockchain and protect your identity.
Yes. Once your contract is complete, you’ll receive a final document package containing the fully signed agreement. You can download, store, or print it for your records at any time.
PlexiSign uses Web3 Storage to securely store your encrypted documents. This decentralized storage layer adds another level of protection by preventing unauthorized access to the data you’re working on and sharing.
Web3 Storage includes 5GB of free storage. It requires a credit card to activate an account, and sign-up uses a standard email for user authentication.
Most e-signature platforms make you pay every month, even when you send nothing.
With PlexiSign, there are no subscriptions and no upfront costs. You’re only charged for the contracts you send, and billing happens monthly based on your actual usage. If you don’t use it, you don’t pay. It’s that simple.
A billing meter in your dashboard lets you keep track of your activity so there are no surprises at the end of the month.
PlexiSign keeps your contracts and messages private by design.
- No personal data required: You sign up using a secure Internet Identity (ICP). We don’t collect names, emails, or PII. You’re represented only by a private blockchain address.
- Encrypted communication: PlexiSign includes PlexiMail, a secure, encrypted email system that protects documents and messages while still allowing communication with standard email when needed.
- No stored sensitive data: We don’t store PII, payment data, or other regulated personal information, eliminating common risks tied to GDPR or CCPA exposure.
As a result, your documents stay encrypted, your identity stays anonymous, and your data remains safe — even if systems are breached.
PlexiSign is built on blockchain technology with true end-to-end encryption, providing a highly private and tamper-resistant contract workflow. Multiple authentication layers protect your identity and access. Only you and your approved signing parties can view a contract– no one else, including PlexiSign, can read or intercept it.
Our system uses encryption keys and signal protocols for secure communication. The protocol continually updates critical encryption keys, making surveillance and decryption virtually impossible.
PlexiSign is trustless, meaning your workflow runs on smart contracts instead of relying on a third-party service to store or handle your data. This eliminates common vulnerabilities found in traditional eSign platforms.
For the strongest protection, we recommend accessing PlexiSign only on secure networks and devices
Yes — Contracts created and signed through PlexiSign are legally valid, binding agreements, provided the parties intend to sign and act on them.
Here’s how this works in practice:
- For an electronic contract to be enforceable, certain conditions must be met:
- All parties must intend to sign and accept the agreement.
- All parties must consent to doing business electronically.
- The signature must be associated with the exact document (so it’s clear what was signed).
- The contract record must be retained in a manner that ensures accuracy and allows reproduction.
Because PlexiSign uses strong authentication, end-to-end encryption, immutable records on blockchain, and an audit trail, agreements handled through the platform are well-equipped to satisfy those legal requirements and hold up in court as “official” contracts.
