At PlexiSign, we want to enable anyone to memorialize any type of agreement with a professional, secure, affordable and easy-to-use tool they already know – email.

Our vision: easy and secure agreements worldwide.

We want anyone in the world to be able to do this for any reason that might later be important like making sure the agreement is legally enforceable and the details are referenced correctly. We want to build trust and accountability into relationships, reduce ambiguity and enable the world to focus on what’s important – working together.

We realize not everyone can afford to pay a lot for this service – we won’t allow affordability to be a problem. We’ve built a solution anyone can use – that means it’s in their language, works on any platform and works based on email (because everyone knows email). 

We want to offer people who don’t have a secure and affordable solution today.

Although, we can help everyone, the reality is we mostly want to help people who don’t have a document management solution they can use. These are the freelancers, contractors, and people providing routine authorizations that are actually legal approvals. Agreements like waivers and NDAs, a picture of a note that lists bullet points of agreements, or just an email that says how the rent is being split for the next 6 months. Or … a photo of a signed contract emailed from one person to another. All of these and more are examples of people who deserve a high quality eSignature solution that is professional, secure and affordable.
